It is a great pleasure and honor to announce my business expansion to Boulder and nearby locales. I will absolutely and always continue to serve my clients in the Denver Metro area with the same intensity, expertise and integrity you’ve come to expect. It has been a tremendous honor to have enjoyed a decade of living and working in Denver, which is home to so many dear clients, friends and family.
I’m looking forward to this new expansion as I continue to build in my hometown (and current home base) of Boulder! This expansion has been a lofty personal goal since I started selling homes six years ago, and I would not be here today without each and every one of you.

Across the board, buyers saw increased inventory throughout the summer months, and with it brought a minor plateau in average closed prices.
Although this factor may have deterred sellers from listing their homes in the past, savvy brokers understand that this historical moment in the industry leaves little room to depend on past criterion.
