2022 Buyers

  • We closed 2021 with the lowest inventory ever recorded in Denver/Boulder.

  • Be aware of rising interest rates, they are still very attractive, yet up from all-time historic lows last year.

  • The market will appreciate in double-digits this year - do not sit on the sidelines if you've been waiting (and close) to buying - I’m here to support your journey.

  • Capitalize on a market which is still in the upswing - the Front Range has proven its stability and firm footing as an attractive market to live + invest in.

  • Another seller friendly year with extreme imbalance early on in Q1 then slowly 'balancing' to simply a seller's market.
