Please describe the most used room of your home and why it is so special.

“The family room in the back off the kitchen. The hardwood floor in that room is beautiful. It's special to relax there, a large space with a nice view of the backyard. The natural light in the afternoon brightens the room up as well.”

What is one highlight of your home when you are entertaining guests?

“The backyard is a great place to entertain, have people over, host BBQs, etc. The breezeway in between the garage and the house is quite pleasant as well.”

What is something about your neighborhood you want the future buyers to know?

“Axum Park across the street from the home is wonderful! If you have pets, its a great place to exercise them. There are also picnic pavilions, playgrounds for kids, and it's nice to just stroll around the park in the morning or afternoon. The neighborhood is quiet, with considerate and kind neighbors.”

What are some of your favorite local restaurants, small businesses, parks, etc.?

“23rd and Kearney is a great little shopping/dining center. A lot of options! In addition to Axum Park right across the street, Denver City Park is only a few blocks away as well.”
