As one of the most resilient ~stable~ markets in the country, this month's statistics are showing a quick bounce back from the volatility in the latter part of 2022 into Q1 2023. March recorded marginal depreciation from this time last year, which may be signaling towards our new baseline of pricing. If Boulder's market continues to behave as it has for 20+ years, I'm anticipating modest price gains throughout the year.

VIEWING HOMES

This is an exciting time as you begin to preview homes and evaluate your areas of interest. Homes are strategically evaluated before viewing and if deemed an opportunity are then previewed in person.

This is the most nuanced and sometimes intense component(s) of the transaction. Together you and Colin formulate a competitive (if applicable) offer that works to highlight your strengths while protecting your interests. This is what you're here for. A final walkthrough of the home confirms it is in the same condition as it was when inspected, ensuring it's ready for you to take possession.
